On Your Computer

Whenever you register or sign in to our site, we verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.

In Transit

Information is protected by VeriSign SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Escrow Server

To further protect your credit card and bank information, we never directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the Internet.

Payment is only released after you confirm delivery

When you make payments with Escrow, your money is deposited and held securely. Your money is only released to the supplier after you confirm your order was received in satisfactory condition.

Full tracking on all deliveries

You can track your order at any stage of delivery using a unique tracking number from the shipping company's website. Currently, we support the following leading shipping companies: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, FedEx, SF Express, China Post and Hongkong Post.

Dispute Resolution

If the item that was delivered to you is not what you ordered or if the delivery did not arrive 30 days after the supplier confirmed shipment, please contact the supplier immediately. You can also submit a Refund Request here.

If no agreement is reached, please submit a Mediation Request and provide relevant evidence. AliExpress will contact both parties and mediate based on the evidence provided. All decisions made by AliExpress are final.
