  • 1. How do I pay for my order using the Western Union® Quick PaySM service?

    Simply bring your cash payment in local currency (where applicable) to a participating Western Union® Agent location, and complete the Payment Services /Quick Pay form (also known as the Blue Form). Within minutes, you will receive a notification indicating your payment is completed. A small fee is charge for this service.

  • 2. What information must I provide in order to complete a Western Union® Quick PaySM transaction ?

    Once you obtain the Payment Services/Quick Pay form (also known as the Blue Form) from the Western Union® Agent, you must provide all appropriate information including:

    • a) Company name : Alipay Singapore E-Commerce This information must be entered in the "Company Name" line under the "Pay To" section of the blue form.

    • b) Company code: Alipay SG This code must be entered in the "Company Code" line under the "Pay To" section of the blue form.

    • c) Payment confirmation number This information must be entered in the "Account Number" line under the "Sender" section of the Blue Form. Your First Name, Last Name, Address and Phone Number fields are also required.

  • 3. What is a Company code?

    The assigned Company code is the most important piece of information you need to successfully make a payment. The assigned Company code for AliExpress is “Alipay SG”. You need to provide this Company code so that the Western Union® Agent can route this money transfer to the appropriate AliExpress bank account.

  • 4. How do I know if my payment is successful?

    Upon completing the transaction at a Western Union® Agent location, you will receive a confirmation number (MTCN) to confirm that your payment has been successfully sent.

  • 5. What is an MTCN code?

    An MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) is a unique number generated by Western Union® at the beginning of each transaction. The MTCN code is used to identify and track each transaction. You must not disclose your MTCN unless you encounter problems and wish to check on that transaction with Western Union®.

  • 6. When will AliExpress know that I have paid for my order via Western Union®?

    After making your payment via Western Union®, Western Union® will notify AliExpress within hours.

  • 7. Who should I contact if I want to amend or cancel my Quick PaySM transaction to AliExpress?

    A Quick PaySM transaction, once completed, is a guaranteed payment to AliExpress. If you want to amend or cancel the payment, please submit your request directly to AliExpress.

Refunds

    1. How do I collect my money from Western Union®?

    After refund payment has been made, AliExpress will provide you with an MTCN code. To collect your money, simply:

    • a) Go to your nearest Western Union® Agent location.

    • b) Complete the “ To Receive Money Form“ (TRM), with the information below:

      • i. Name of Sender: Alipay Singapore E-Commerce

      • ii. Sending Country: Singapore

      • iii. Amount Sent: (the net amount to be refunded after deduction of fees)

      • iv. MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) code

    • c) Show your current, government-issued photo ID (must match the name of the receiver of this transaction)

    Note: The receiver will be charged a service fee for this money transfer (Quick Cash Service), which will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

    2. What is an MTCN number?

    An MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) is a unique number generated by Western Union® at the beginning of each transaction. The MTCN code is used to identify and track each transaction. You must not disclose your MTCN unless you encounter problems and wish to check on that transaction with Western Union®.

    3. Upon arrival of my refund, how long can I wait before collecting it from Western Union®?

    Please collect your money from a Western Union® Agent location within 45 days of arrival. Money not picked up within 45 days will be considered expired and will be credited back to AliExpress (the service fee deducted earlier will not be refunded).

    4. If I want to make changes to the money transfer (e.g. changing the receiver’s name), who should I contact?

    For security purposes, all change requests regarding money transfer must be authorized by the sender AliExpress (Alipay). Please contact AliExpress to make the request. If AliExpress agrees to the change, Western Union® will be informed to make the necessary amendment.
