  • What should I do after my transaction is cancelled?
  • If your transaction has been cancelled by us for security reasons, please provide the documents listed below:

    1. 1. A copy of your personal ID or passport if you used a personal credit card for the transaction; a copy of your business registration if you used a company credit card
    2. 2. A copy of both sides of the credit card used
    3. 3. A copy of the bank statement for the credit card used
  • Please send the items listed above to: security@aliexpress.com. If your credit card details are verified, payments you make in the future on AliExpress will be fast and easy. After we have received your documents, we will respond within 3 business days.


    1. 1. Please ensure that all the documents your provide are for the credit card you used to pay for the transaction
    2. 2. The credit number on the bank statement you provide must be the same as the number on the credit card you used
    3. 3. If you use internet banking, you can also send a screen shot of your payment records instead of a copy of your bank statement
    4. 4. The funds for these cancelled orders have not been deducted by AliExpress. However, some banks may hold these payments in this situation. Usually the bank will reserve the payments for up to 7-10 working days before releasing back to the card holder. If you still have any doubts about these payments, please email us.
