  • What can I do if I did not receive my goods?
  • First, check if the supplier has shipped the order. If the order has been shipped, use the tracking details provided to track your delivery on the shipping company's website. If the goods are still in transit, please contact the supplier for an extension to the shipping period.

    If the supplier still hasn't shipped the order, please ask the supplier to ship it immediately.

    If you prefer, you can also cancel the transaction or open a dispute.
