How do I confirm delivery?
To confirm delivery, follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to My Alibaba
Click "Transactions" and select "Unconfirmed Delivery" to view your Orders.
1. Select the Order
Choose the Order you want to confirm and click "View Details".
If your Order has been successfully delivered and you're satisfied with the item, click "Confirm Delivery".
