You can submit a dispute request to AliExpress 3 days after submitting an initial Refund Request to the supplier.
If Refund Requests are not resolve within 15 days, the transaction will also be automatically directed to our Dispute Resolution Team.
When applying for mediation, please provide relevant evidence such as chat history, emails, etc.
Mediation requests will be cancelled if no evidence is provided within 7 days of application.
AliExpress will contact both parties during mediation and will make a final decision based on the evidence provided by both parties.
